Public knowledge terms of use

Permitted Use

Use the public source, procedure and template library and eight current public knowledge/routing tools for Malta and applicable EU research and workflow assistance. Preserve the 38 retained workflow identities, 44 original native templates, four derived Markdown templates and eleven host procedure families. Produce substantive analysis and populated artifacts through actual available Codex/ChatGPT reasoning and file tools; a workflow descriptor or blank template is not completed work.

Free Authenticated Access

Access remains free, without a trial, paid tier, subscription or payment. All eight public knowledge tools require OAuth through Google sign-in or a verified email account and administrator activation. Authentication does not restore controlled matter, plugin upload, server artifact save, professional reviewer approval or appointment prerequisites. Account-status and OAuth/security records are separate from host-owned files and drafts. No client-case database, second plugin or external model API is required.

Host Artifacts And Continuity

User-specific context, selected attachments, generated files and history stay in the actual host workflow. The public plugin does not receive user files or store client work products. A file is created only when an actual available host tool creates it; return its real reference and distinguish preparation, creation, inspection and external delivery. If export is unavailable, provide populated content and disclose the limitation instead of claiming a remote save.

Source And Professional Limits

Source identification, integrity, publisher date, legal applicability and currentness are distinct. Users should assess actual facts, authorities, source versions, deadlines and material uncertainties before reliance. Optional review notes are not approval, and no blanket review or staffing prerequisite is imposed on ordinary preparation. Preserve reserved professional judgment and signature rights for consequential acts without inventing approvals or certifications.

Actions Not Performed

Legal-MT's public knowledge tools do not provide certified legal opinions, client acceptance or conflict clearance, filing or service, court/regulator contact, STR/SAR/goAML submission, payments, external delivery or automatic decisions with legal effect. A separately requested consequential action requires its actual authorized capability and applicable action-specific authorization; a draft or source response is not such authority.

Prohibited Misrepresentation

Do not fabricate authorities, evidence, source hashes, screening outcomes, approval events, current-law conclusions, filed documents, saved files or delivery receipts. Do not impersonate professionals, mislead authorities or attempt to expose operational secrets or override tool/host access controls.

One Public Product

Legal-MT is the one public product. Compatibility identifiers are retained internally for continuity; only canonical names are advertised. Retired stateful/preparation calls are not public endpoints. Do not revive a legacy runtime, upload/store client files through it or require a separate plugin to use the public library. Distribution of source or templates does not by itself prove current live corpus availability or native-host acceptance.

Professional boundary

Public Malta and EU knowledge, sources, templates and workflow assistance through Codex and ChatGPT. The host handles user context, reasoning and generated files; Legal-MT does not maintain a client case-file store or receive user attachments. No client-facing web portal, certified legal opinion, filing, authority contact, STR/SAR, payment processing or external delivery.
